1. Eligibility

Open to Florida residents 18+ who are current or former NEXGEN customers or friends of NEXGEN. Employees, subcontractors, vendors, and immediate family members of NEXGEN staff are not eligible.

2. How It Works

If NEXGEN completes a full roof replacement for your referral, you receive $150. The referred party must be a new NEXGEN customer with no prior relationship or active quote at time of submission.

3. Reward Payment

Paid within 30 days of project completion via your selected method. No limit on qualifying referrals per year.

4. No Employment or Contractor Relationship

This program does not create employment, contractor, agency, or partnership status. Rewards are referral bonuses, not compensation for services.

5. Tax Responsibility & IRS Reporting

Referral rewards may be taxable income. You are solely responsible for reporting rewards on your tax return. If cumulative rewards reach $2,000 or more in a calendar year (2026 IRS threshold per the One Big Beautiful Bill Act), NEXGEN may issue Form 1099-MISC and will request a completed W-9 before payment. Failure to provide a W-9 may result in 24% backup withholding. Consult a tax professional with questions.

6. Privacy

By submitting, you confirm your referral is aware (or will be informed) that you are sharing their contact info with NEXGEN. We will not sell or share this info with unaffiliated third parties.

7. Program Changes

NEXGEN may modify or discontinue the program at any time. Confirmed referrals will be honored under terms at time of submission.

8. No Guarantee

Rewards are conditional on completion of a qualifying full roof replacement. NEXGEN is not responsible for circumstances preventing project completion.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved in Duval County, Florida.

Any current or former NEXGEN customer, or a friend of NEXGEN, who is 18 or older and lives in Florida. Employees and immediate family members of NEXGEN staff are not eligible.
Within 30 days of the referred customer's roof replacement being fully completed and the job closed out. We'll confirm your payment method before sending.
Nope. Refer as many people as you want. Every qualifying closed job earns you $150 — no cap, ever.
We strongly encourage it — a warm introduction leads to a better experience. But if you'd prefer we reach out on your behalf and introduce ourselves, just let us know in the form.
The reward is only paid when a full roof replacement is completed. If the job doesn't close for any reason, no reward is issued — but we'll always give your referral our very best effort.
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. If your total rewards reach $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we'll request a W-9 from you and issue a 1099-MISC. We recommend checking with your tax advisor.
