You manage multiple active job sites simultaneously — coordinating crews, driving quality standards, managing timelines, and ensuring every project closes correctly. This is not an entry-level role.

Commercial and residential construction management experience is required. You need to know how to command a site, read a schedule, hold people accountable, and solve problems before they become someone else's problem.
