Six Figures.
Performance-based. Uncapped. Year one six-figure earnings are achievable for the right person running the process correctly.
Project Manager — Entry. Six-figure OTE in year one.
Senior Project Manager — Hit $1,000,000 in annual revenue and the title is yours. Senior PMs at NEXGEN generate between $1M and $3M in annual sales, earn a company truck, gas card, and uncapped commission. No ceiling. No politics. Just your number.
