What We're Building
NEXGEN's commercial division covers TPO, modified bitumen, flat systems, and steep-slope commercial roofing across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. We are growing and we need experienced commercial construction professionals to grow with us.

Three Paths in Commercial

Project Manager
Own commercial projects from contract to closeout. Timelines, crews, inspections, and client relationships — you are accountable for the outcome.
Salary + performance bonus

Superintendent
Field leadership across multiple active commercial sites. Keep crews on schedule, quality on standard, jobs running safely. Experience required.
Salary + project bonuses

Estimator
Build the numbers that win the work. Takeoffs, scope analysis, bid strategy, and proposal development. Accuracy and speed are the baseline.
